TAIYAKI: UN POSTRE DE ORIGEN JAPONÉS
Nos tenemos que remontar al antiguo Japón, al país del Sol Naciente, para conocer el origen de este helado que está tan de moda. Y es que antes de ser helado y pez, este dulce fue un pastel relleno de una pasta dulce de frijol (azuki) que se ser, el lugar en la gran manzana que popularizó y reinventó este dulce asiático. Pronto las redes sociales se hicieron eco de este original invento, se hizo viral y eran muchos los que hacían cola para probarlo y, por su puesto, antes hacer una foto para subirla a Instagram.
